TheCreateurs commits to keep confidential Talent’s personal data collected and processed in connection with the use of the website and not to disclose them to sponsors or third parties without the Talent’s prior consent.

Information disclosed by the Users

TheCreateurs reserves the right to use the Talent’s personal data in order to notify him/her of their selection or winning of a contest, or if broadcasting opportunities are presented to them, if a copyright problem is questioned regarding a content, or if there is a inherent question on the nature of the video’s intellectual property that was posted etc… In general , TheCreateurs will not be abusive with the Talents’ information, nor will sell, share, or rent this information to third parties.   

TheCreateurs will not be held responsible of the elements that the Talent has disclosed by his/her own will. TheCreateurs shall not be liable of any consequence with respect to the disclosure of data by a User towards a Talent or third parties .
